Advocacy
The CSO platform supports CSOs, CBOs, Malaria workers and volunteers, population networks in their malaria, and community advocacy-related issues through sharing information and relevant online tools. Advocacy approaches were utilized to support CSOs of the RAI2E implementing countries to plan/prepare an advocacy agenda and activities at the national and regional levels to address issues of malaria in the communities. Three thematic areas of the advocacy plan and strategies with specific activities were agreed among the CSOs from the five countries. These areas were community engagement and community-led service, multi-sectoral collaboration and domestic resources for universal health coverage (UHC), and surveillance and data utilization.
